Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy
Deposit will be refunded with at least 30 days notice. ($1000 Non-Refundable)

If the surgery is cancelled by the patient for any reason without the minimum 2 weeks notice – The patient agrees to forfeit the $2000 deposit as a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Your Surgical Date
Our policy is that a patient is entitled to re-schedule a surgery date with at least 30 days notice. This enables us to re-book the surgery day.
