Research from Denmark suggests that male pattern balding could signal an increased risk of having a heart attack, writes Melanie Haiken for Forbes.com.

Bizarrely, the others signs are creases in the ear lobe and small bumps on the eyelid (known as xanthelasmata).

It’s slightly sensationalized and hair loss seems to be more common with advanced age.
